Books at The Barn, Hatherdon

October 8, 2018

On the journey from Marlborough to Henley we stop off at ‘Books at the Barn’ in Hatherden, Hampshire.

The project was started six years ago by Louise and Sarah to bring writers to a wonderful space, which was a barn before being converted to a meeting hall.

An independent book shop in Stockbridge (The Book Mark) provides the books and Sarah O’Rorke is my interviewer.

It’s a lovely intimate gathering of about sixty people and well worth the detour.
