Yet more books to be signed as the theatre tour reaches the Devizes Wharf Theatre on a wet Sunday evening. Created by the local amateur dramatic society in 1979, The Wharf is another thriving theatre venue despite its small capacity.
All 82 seats are sold for tonight’s ‘Evening With’ and Devizes Books, the local independent bookshop (founded two years after the theatre) provides the merchandise.
