Yeovil

October 29, 2018

One of the best things about attending the Yeovil Festival is the opportunity it provides to visit one of our favourite Italian restaurants. Tamburino has an ambience that few restaurants can match and an owner whose energy is only matched by his passion for the place. We have a wonderful evening as the prelude to my appearance at the Festival the following lunchtime.

My venue is The Octagon Theatre where I’m interviewed by my good friend Jenny Devitt. Jenny “did me” at Sidmouth and Sherborne, as well as last year here in Yeovil. She is expert at gently prompting the author and ensuring everything floes.
Afterwards at the book signing I meet someone who lived at Pipers Close in Burnham when I was the postman.
