Glasgow ‘Aye Write’ Festival

March 26, 2019

After 15 years of existence, ‘Aye Write’ is now firmly established amongst the best book festivals in Britain.

Glasgow City Council organises the event and my slot is in the fabulous municipally owned Glasgow Concert Hall.

I’m interviewed by Brian Meighan, a BBC business correspondent in Cardiff who returns to his native city every year to help at ‘Aye Write’.

Signing books afterwards I meet two women from the Greenock Telegraph, a local paper that continues to be published daily. One, Eileen, had all my books for signing; proof that the Greenock Tele employs journalists of taste and discernment.
